I stayed in this hotel twice. The staff are extremely friendly and helful. No one expect to charge you extra for any extra service. The hotel is brand new and modern. Rooms are very clean with good furniture and balcony. Excellent value (pretty cheap for what you get). It can be as comfortable as your home.
Around 10 min walk from metro station but it was not a problem as again only 4 min walk to sea front. Breakfast is basic but for the price I pay, I can not complain. However, this time, breakfast is better than before as nice croissants were provided

Had a balcony Lifts working ok
Water was not hot enough to have a shower. Telephone device was of very low quality. Single bed was damaged and out of use. Noisy air- conditioning system but helped to kill noise. No parking. Access difficult to hotel.
